What are my voting rights in the condominium association?

Each unit is entitled to one vote.


2.

What restrictions exist on my rights to the use of my unit?

Single Family use only as defined by the Code of Ordinance of Volusia County, Florida.


3.

What restrictions exist on the leasing of my unit?

None


4.

What restrictions exist on the sale of my unit?

None


5.

How much are my assessments to the condominium association for my unit type and when are they due?

Unit Maintenance Assessments are Monthly, due on the First Day of each month in the amount of $990.00 (2024).  There is a Late Fee of $25.00 after the 10th of each month.  There is NO distinction between unit types.


6.

Are there any Special Assessments?

Not at this time.


7.

Do I have to be a member of any other association?  If so, what is the name of the association, what are my voting rights in this association, and how much are my assessments?

There are no other associations.


8.

Am I required to pay rent or land use fees for recreational or other commonly used facilities?  If so, how much am I obligated to pay annually?

No


9.

Is the condominium association or other mandatory membership association involved in any court cases in which it may face liability.  If so, identify each such case.
